These terms apply to Pawly and purchases from pawly.in.

Free app & Pawly Pro

The free app provides an idle desktop companion. Pro unlocks the pet actions and automatic animations described on the product page. The current Pawly Pro price is ₹399 INR, advertised as a launch offer for the first 100 customers against a regular price of ₹799 INR. The amount shown in Razorpay checkout is the amount payable. Orders already created retain their quoted price.

One-time, one-device license

Pro is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. A license may be active on one device at a time. Remove an active device through Settings → Manage device before transferring it. Keep the serial key private and do not resell or publicly share it.

Payment & delivery

Razorpay processes payments. Pro is issued only after the payment is verified as captured. The serial key is shown on the confirmation page; see our digital-delivery policy.

Compatibility

The Mac download requires macOS 13 or later. The Windows download requires Windows 10/11 on an x64 device. Try the free app on your device before purchasing. Features can depend on operating-system support and network availability.

Refunds & support

No change-of-mind refunds are offered. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, and technical issues are reviewed individually under our refund policy. Contact [email protected] for support.

Use of Pawly

Pawly’s software, characters, and artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. A Pro purchase grants use of the software’s unlocked features; it does not transfer ownership of the software or source code.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
